Thanks to our full-service platform in Luxemburg, we offer external clients the possibility to enter the fast-growing ETF market. Current Set-up of CFS

The legal fund setup, risk management and controlling is provided by our management company CFS in Luxemburg. Further services such as portfolio management or structuring may be delivered by Commerzbank AG. Moreover, we work closely together with BNP Paribas Securities Services as our custodian, transfer agent and fund administrator. Yet, the basis for a successful fund project is laid out by our partners: A bespoke investment strategy and fund distribution.

The management company has built an astonishing track record for Commerzbank’s own ETF brand (ComStage) and non-listed UCITS mutual funds. In addition, CFS offers an extensive Private Label fund service for investment funds and ETFs - just like we initiated an ETF-cooperation with Feri Trust already in 2013, in which the synergies of Product-Know-How, best-in-class structuring and distribution become apparent.
